Two-factor authentication is used to ensure the integrity and security of your account and account users. When KnowVela detects that the user's log in location, session or browser has changed, an account authentication code will be sent to the user's email address or cell phone. The code must then be correctly entered before the user will be allowed to access the account.
If your account has been suspended for an account sharing violation and you feel that was a mistake on our part, please contact support and tell us why you feel we made a mistake.
